The Green Shop is a business trading in goods which have an eco value. We at The Green Shop aim to provide an unmatched level of service to our clients. We offer products on our website with detailed descriptions and images wherever possible, to assist our clients in making the perfect decisions on the purchasers.

VAT
Castanet Trading 1016 CC, trading as The Green Shop is registered for VAT, the VAT number is 4060252840. All prices reflected on this website are inclusive of VAT.

Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by The Green Shop is subject to availability.  In cases of unavailability, The Green Shop will refund the client in full within 30 days.  Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.

If a product is damaged in transit, or an incorrect product has been sent, please contact us within 10 days, (sending an email will be the quickest) and we will resolve the issue with haste. You will get a credit from us, or a replacement item that will be sent to you immediately.

In order to get authorization for return, we must be notified within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) before returning the product. Returns without RMA#'s will be refused.

Customer Privacy Policy
We will take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. All data regarding you and the information that you provide will be kept private and confidential in accordance with our privacy policy. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, Master Card, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the The Green Shop bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Credit Card Acquiring and Security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Kissed by Virtual Card Service (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Nedbank of South Africa. ShopDirect uses SSL3 and credit card information is stored per Visa and Mastercard guidelines on the website. Users may go to www.shopdirect.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy. 

Customer Details Separate from Card Details
Customer details will be stored by The Green Shop separately from card details which are entered by the client on ShopDirect’s secure site.  For more detail on ShopDirect refer to www.shopdirect.co.za .

Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).

Responsibility
The Green Shop takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer services and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country of Domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and The Green Shopchooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 20B Victoria Avenue, Hout Bay, Cape Town.

Variation
The Green Shop may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice. Your use of this website following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use the Kissed website.

Should we not find a mutually acceptable solution, we will cancel the order, and your payment will be refunded in full.
