You can place the spike light just about anywhere, it's roughly 27cm high and has a lovely bright glow. The glass light is very solid and shaft stainless steel. Position it so that it can get about 5 hours of sun to recharge. It will automatically turn on at dusk. It's completely waterproof and is great for permanent pathway markers or even to move around the garden when ever you feel like something different.
You can even take them to the beach for a romantic sundowner and stay a bit later! The unit has a built-in day/night sensor which turns the light on at dusk. After a full charge, the unit will shine for around 8 hours.
