Your Invoice:
An order confirmation will be emailed to you once you have placed your order. An invoice can also be emailed to you on request. Send us an email and we'll either post one to you, or send you a hardcopy via post.
Return Address:
The return address on your package will be addressed to The Green Shop.
Delivery Methods:
We deliver to anywhere that you need us to! Packages can be delivered to your local post office, or your front door! The three methods we offer from the site are:
Econo Parcel which is the least expensive and delivered to the post office. Usually within 4 days.
Speed Services Courier Deliver-To-Counter is also delivered to the post office and you can collect your items at your convenience. Usually the next day.
To-Your-Door option is straight-forward; As long as there will be someone to sign for its arrival. Usually the next day.
Delivery Cost:
The delivery cost will be determined at the point of sale as it is worked out depending on weight.
Delivery Time:
Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours.
